4.4 Buffer volumes
Apply the following buffer volumes according to the column type and workflow.

4.5 Large sample volumes
When exceeding a sample volume of 5mL, load the sample in two steps onto the column. Two 44.0mm deep
well plates are required for the collection of equilibration buffer, flow through, and wash. Alternatively, use a
88.0mm deep well plate.
1 Apply the first 5mL of the sample and let it run through.
2 Tap MOVE BACK.
3 Exchange the deep well plate after movement of the MultiMACS Cell24 Magnet.
4 Tap OK to proceed with sample loading.
Make sure that the column reservoir is empty before applying new buffer or samples.
4.6 Magnetic labeling
