Managing wake-up calls
A guest wants to be woken up at a specific time.
As an auxiliary reception phone user, you can set, modify, or delete the
wake-up time for the guest's room.
You can manage wake-up calls while in conversation with a guest. When
you are in conversation with a guest, the wake-up calls option is simplified.
The room number for the call in speech is pre-entered in the screen for
entering the room number.
Using Room configuration option
Press the room configuration softkey or go to Menu > Hotel menu > Room con-
figuration on the auxiliary reception phone.
Enter the room number and confirm by pressing Ok.
The room state of the room number entered is displayed.
Set wake-up call when phone is idle
Press the predefined function key to set the wake-up call or go to the Hotel
menu > Wake-up calls on the auxiliary reception phone. Alternately, you can
press the Room configuration softkey.
The phone displays the screen for entering the room number.
Enter the room number of the room for which you want to set the wake-up call
and confirm by pressing Ok.
The system checks whether there is already a wake-up call for the room.
If there is a wake-up call already set for the room, the terminal displays the
details of the wake-up call with the Time field selected by default. Press Ok
to return to the home screen.
If there is no wake-up call set for the room, the phone displays the screen
for entering the wake-up time.
