7. Press the 5 key to navigate to the respective feature tab, and press the 4 key to until you
get to the Test Connection tab.
8. Press the 2 key to highlight the respective feature and press the button to enable
authentication/connection testing on that feature.
9. Repeat Step 8 for all features you want to test.
10. Press the Test softkey to begin testing.
A green
will appear if there are no issues with the authentication/connection to the
external source.
A red
! will appear if issues are found.
If there are issues with your connection, please check your username and password for
any errors.
11. Press the Save softkey to save your changes.
