Reception phone
When the do not disturb service is activated, the room phone does not ring
for incoming calls. Incoming calls are automatically forwarded to the recep-
tion phone.However, you as a receptionist can still call the room.
Note: Do not disturb service is also available through the menu: Menu > Recep-
tion menu > Room configuration > Enter room number > Do not disturb.
Activate do not disturb
Press the do not disturb function key or go to the Menu > Reception menu >
Do not disturb on the reception phone.
➔ The phone displays a list of rooms with do not disturb active.
Press the key Add.
➔ The phone displays the screen for entering the room number.
Enter the room number of the room for which you want to activate do not dis-
turb. Press Ok to confirm.
➔ You can use the Room list key to search for the room.
➔ Room list displays the first seven rooms on the phone. Use the Next and
the Previous keys to list the other rooms.
➔ Select the room.
The confirmation screen appears with a question Activate? Confirm the do
not disturb activation by pressing Yes.
➔ The do not disturb function is activated.
Deactivate do not disturb
Press the do not disturb function key or go to the Menu > Reception menu >
Do not disturb on the reception phone.
➔ The phone displays a list of rooms with do not disturb active.
➔ Select the room for which you want to deactivate the do not disturb.
Press Delete.
➔ The do not disturb function is deactivated.
Or,
Navigate to Menu > Reception menu > Room list.
Select the room for which you want to deactivate the do not disturb.
Press Do not disturb. The confirmation screen appears with a question
Deactivate? Confirm by pressing Yes.
➔The do not disturb function is deactivated.
