Using softkeys
Softkeys are the keys that are automatically configured with context-
dependent functions by the MiVoice Office 400 communications system.
Keys are directly labelled with the function. The softkeys are set to the
most commonly used functions, with one softkey always being the More
key ( ) when more than six softkeys are configured. The More key is
needed to switch between the key levels. The number of dots indicates the
number of levels as well as on which level you currently are.
A menu can have several sub-menus. Press the displayed softkey to
access the sub-menu or the selection of available editing options or to
carry out an action.
