Editing options for voice messages
Your display signals new voice message as follows: . The message LED
flashes red slowly.
The following options are available for further editing of the voice mes-
sages:
Options in the call list:
Press the call list key.
1. Select the desired call list.
2. Scroll through the list and select the user you want.
Calling a user from the call list:
Pick up the handset or press the Dial softkey.
➔The call number of the user is dialled. Once the call has been successfully
connected, the user is deleted from the unanswered call list.
Calling up detailed information on an entry:
Select the entry you want and press the Detail softkey.
Deleting an entry from the call list:
Select the entry you want and press the Delete softkey.
Deleting all entries from the call list:
1. Select an entry and delete all entries with the Delete all softkey.
2. Confirm the security question with Yes.

• Call number / name
• Call date and time
Delete Delete voice message
Dial Call the person who left the voice message.
