8.2.1 MELSOFT connections
MELSOFT connection can be set by selecting "TCP" in the "Protocol" column and selecting "MELSOFT
Connection" in the "Open System" column for the used connection No. on the "Ethernet Adapter Open
Setting" screen.
8.2.2 MC protocol
MC protocol can be set by selecting "TCP" in the "Protocol" column and selecting "MC Protocol" in the "Open
System" column for the used connection No. on the "Ethernet Adapter Open Setting" screen, or by selecting
"UDP" in the "Protocol" column for the used connection No. on the "Ethernet Adapter Open Setting" screen.
When "UDP" is selected in the "Protocol" column, the open system is fixed to "MC Protocol" and does not
allow selection.
