3.4.7 CH digital output value (16bit) (buffer memory addresses 11 to 14: Un\G11 to
Un\G14)
(1) The value in the digital output value (32bit) (buffer memory addresses 54 to 61:
Un\G54 to Un\G61) is converted and the result of conversion is stored in 16-bit
signed binary.
(2) When setting the analog input range from 1 to 5V (Extended mode) or 4 to 20
mA (Extended mode), select the digital output value (32bit) (buffer memory
addresses 54 to 61: Un\G54 to Un\G61).

(3) While Operating condition setting request (Y9) is ON, 0 is stored into this area.
(4) For the read-out of digital output values, configure A/D conversion completed
flag (XE) or A/D conversion completed flag (buffer memory address 10: Un\G10)
to act as an interlock.
