PROBLEMS
POSSIBLE CAUSES
SOLUTIONS
The timer display
shows one of the fol-
lowing messages:
F1
F2
F3
F5
F6
F1: the door has not been
closed correctly
F2: lack of distilled water in
the tank (MIN is flashing))
F3: manual stop
F5: black-out during the cycle
F6: Used water tank full
F1 close the door correctly
F2 empty the used water reservoir and top
up the main tank with 1 liter of distilled
water.
F3 open and close the door, and start again
the cycle
F5 repeat the cycle; open and close the door,
and start again the cycle with the
START/STOP key /STOP.
F6: Empty the used water tank
Timer displays some
hyphens and the cycle
does not start
The used water tank is full.
Error F6 will be show if START
key is pressed.
Drain the reservoir using the supplied tube
The safety valve op-
erates and the steam
escapes from the rear
Anomalous over pressure in
the chamber.
Pressure > 230 kPa
Switch off the autoclave and call the Technical
Service.
At the end of the pro-
gramme the door
handle runs freely
and it is impossible to
open the door.
Vacuum inside the chamber.
The safety friction of the han-
dle is loosen.
Switch off the autoclave and call the Technical
Service.
Water on the table or
on the floor near the
autoclave
Leakage between the
portlight and the gasket.
Tubes disconnected inside the
autoclave.
Clean both the gasket and the portlight with a
dampened cloth and try again the cycle.
Call the Technical Service.
The autoclave doesn't
Chamber filter obstructed.
