Fill
Tubing
Plastic
fill
tubing
is
connected to the
outlet
of the water valve
by
means
of a
plastic
compression nut.
The
compression
nut should only require hand-tightening
when
connecting the
fill
tubing to the
water valve
outlet.
The
fill
tubing
is
routed
from
the water valve
toward
the
rear
of the
refrigerator
and
up
the cabinet
back, along a channel
at
the
left
rear.
Plastic
clips
hold the
fill
tubing to the
cabinet.
The
end
of the tube
has
a brass
barrel inserted into the
tip.
The
end
of
tubing containing the barrel
is
inserted
into the
grommet
and
secured with a clamp.
The
fill
tube
grommet
is
held in place with
a bracket
and
two
screws.
The
grommet
extends
from
the cabinet back, through the
cabinet insulation
and
into the freezer
compartment.
