ROUTINE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
Please note that the following maintenance intervals apply for normal operating conditions only. Intervals are hours of operations
based on 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. If your operating conditions are different, adjust the specied intervals accordingly

Drum pocket welds
Check weld around drum pockets for wear.

1) Use only EP 2 rated grease.
2) Only grease zerk above aluminum grease seals need to be greased.
3) Apply a coat of anti seize lubricant to each bolt before tightening. Run a tap through threads if necessary.
4) Apply a coat of Loc-Tite 242 (blue) to each bolt before tightening. Run a tap through threads if necessary.
5) During rst 24 hrs check all belts and bolts frequently, after rst day check every 8 hours. After rst week follow above procedures.
6) When welds are worn down, they must to be V-Ground and rewelded, failure to do so will void warranty.
