ROUTINE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
Please note that the following maintenance intervals apply for normal operating conditions only. Intervals
are hours of operations based on 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. If your operating conditions are differ-
ent, adjust the specied intervals accordingly.

GENERAL
Complete machine visual inspection (condition, leaks, and cleanliness) X X
Engine oil check, increase to full level X X
Engine coolant check, increase to full level, check rust inhibitor X X
Engine air pre-cleaner tap screen and blow out with compressed air X
Engine air lter clean when indicator is red

Clutch refer to OEM manual for maintenance procedures
Radiator screen tap screen and blow out with compressed air X
Radiator blow clean with compressed air X
Track Maintenance refer to OEM manual for maintenance procedures
Yoke Wheel Drive replace oil

(Use 80w/90w gear oil) X
Infeed conveyor oor inspect, replace when worn X
Infeed conveyor chain inspect, tighten to proper tension

Bolts, studs, capscrews tighten or replace

HYDRAULICS
Hydraulic oil lters replace X
Hydraulic pump belts tighten to correct tension

Chain drives check tension, alignment and lubrication X
Hydraulic oil check, increase to 3/4 full

1) Engine compression may change indicator. Therefore, try to reset the indicator by pressing the rubberized button before
cleaning pre-cleaner or changing air lters.
2) Change oil after first 100 hours of operation then annually or every 1000 hours after that.
3) According to procedures in your Morbark Operators Manual.
4) First 24 hours check all belts and bolts frequently, after rst day every 8 hours, after rst week follow above procedures.
5) Change every 2000 hours.
