ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
Machine components may be hot or have sharp edges
which could cause serious injury. Always wear
protective gear during operation and maintenance.
DANGER
Safety
Flying debris will cause serious injury or death. Never
stand in front of the discharge chute. Direct discharge
away from people and animals.
Conducting maintenance with the engine on will cause
serious injury or death. Turn off the engine and lockout
the machine before servicing.
CAUTION
Discharge Chute Chain Tension Top Load
To adjust the discharge chute chain:

1� Complete lockout/tag out.
2� Inspect to make sure drum/disc has stopped turning.
3� Loosen the 4 bolts holding the guard on chute and remove.
4� Loosen the 2 bolts (highlighted in blue).
5� Adjust tension on the 2 bolts (highlighted in red until proper tension
on the chain is achieved.
6� Retighten the 2 bolts (highlighted in blue), bolt on guard.
