<Procedure>
1) Turn OFF the main power.
2) Wipe the coolant and chips off of the external sur-
faces of the lamp unit.
<Procedimiento>
1) DESCONECTE la alimentación principal.
2) Limpie el refrigerante y las virutas de la superficie
externa de la unidad de iluminación.
3) Remove the screws of the clamps.
4) Remove the lamp unit from the machine. ( )
5) Turning the clamp cap, draw the appliance out of
the glass tube. ( )
6) Remove the ballast cover. ( )
7) Remove the fluorescent lamp clamp. ( )
8) Remove the fluorescent lamps. ( )
3) Retire los tornillos de las sujeciones.
4) Extraiga la unidad de iluminación de la máquina. ( )
5) Extraiga el dispositivo del interior del tubo de vidrio,
girando el casquillo de sujeción. ( )
6) Retire la cubierta del resistor autorregulable. ( )
7) Retire el dispositivo de sujeción de la lámpara
fluorescente. ( )
8) Retire las lámparas fluorescentes. ( )
9) Insert replacement fluorescent lamps.
10) Turn ON the main power.
11) Press the [Machine Light] button to turn ON the
fluorescent lamps.
12) Make sure that the fluorescent lamps light.
13) Press the [Machine Light] button to turn OFF
the fluorescent lamps.
14) Turn OFF the main power.
15) Remount the fluorescent lamp clamp.
16) Remount the ballast cover.
17) Wipe off the inner side around the mouth of the
glass tube using a cloth soaked in alcohol.
18) Insert the appliance into the glass tube.
19) Insert the guide board of the clamp cap into the
semicircular space and tighten the clamp cap.

20) Insert screwdrivers into the holes and rotate them
in opposite directions to tighten the clamp cap.

9) Introduzca las lámparas fluorescentes de repuesto.
10) CONECTE la alimentación principal.
11) Pulse el botón [Iluminación del equipo] para
ENCENDER las lámparas fluorescentes.
12) Asegúrese de que éstas se iluminan.
13) Pulse el botón [Iluminación del equipo] para APAGAR
las lámparas fluorescentes.
14) DESCONECTE la alimentación principal.
15) Vuelva a instalar el dispositivo de sujeción de la lámpara
fluorescente.
16) Reinstale la cubierta del resistor autorregulable.
17) Limpie la cara interna del orificio del tubo de vidrio con
un paño empapado de alcohol.
18) Introduzca el dispositivo dentro del tubo de vidrio.
19) Introduzca la tabla guía del casquillo de sujeción dentro
del espacio semicircular y apriete el casquillo de
sujeción. ( )
20) Introduzca los destornilladores en los orificios y gírelos
en direcciones opuestas para apretar el casquillo de
sujeción. ( )
PRECAUCION
As the external surfaces of the lamp unit reach a
high temperature, exercise extreme care to avoid
burns.
Dado que la superficie externa de la unidad de
iluminación alcanza una gran temperatura, tenga un
especial cuidado para evitar quemarse.
Hold the lamp unit securely to ensure the
unit does not fall into the machine.
Support the base of the fluorescent lamps
at the socket with your hand as shown in
the figure on the previous page, raise the
fluorescent lamps to an angle, and pull
them out.

PRECAUCION
Exercise extreme caution to avoid cutting your
fingers on the edges of the sheet metal when
removing or mounting the fluorescent lamps.
Al retirar o instalar las lámparas fluorescentes, tenga un
especial cuidado para evitar cortes en los dedos
provocados por los bordes de la lámina de metal.
Insert the fluorescent lamps into the
sockets, ensuring that they click into place
and are placed correctly.
If the light is not illuminated or turn ON
slowly, turn OFF the main power and
confirm the lamps are inserted correctly.

compartimentos, y cerciórese de que se ajusten y
estén correctamente colocadas.
