SmartMessaging
SmartMessaging allows you to send or receive messages over a broadband connection. Messages are
in the form of predefined Quick Text Messages.
The messages are synced to a server. The messages are available when you sign in from any devices
or shared devices.
You are required to log in to CommandCentral to use this feature. See Logging In to CommandCentral
on page
38.

User Presence
This feature displays the current user status.
The status is displayed in the homescreen messages widget, All Messages screen, New Message
screen and chat screen. The icon appears next to the user name to indicate the current user status.

Sending Quick Text Messages
Procedure:
1 From the Home screen, tap New Message.
2 Select the recipient by using one of the following options.

b Tap Quick Message or Choose Text.
c Send the message by tapping the required quick
message.
