4a. If the password is

In the event you forget the numeric 
password, or enter in 15 or more 
incorrect passwords, enter in eight

Select Button (see page 2). 
This action:
• unlocks your radio, 
• erases all encryption keys, and 
• the password will revert to the factory 
default password of “01234567”.
