(2) Slide the Retractor (02) up the G1 SCBA strap
tunnel (06) until the Split D-ring (01) is above the
specified stitch.
(3) From outside of the G1 SCBA strap tunnel (06),
secure the Retractor (02).
(4) Reach into the G1 SCBA side access tunnel
(08). At this point, the Split D-ring (01) should be
in front of the webbing.
