Section 4 Maintenance
Install Splash Guard & Shuttle
1. Retrieve splash guard, rail, and shuttle from the kitchen.
2. Place rail back by tucking left edge under tab, place
down on tray, and shift to the right.
3. Place shuttle by placing in blender area; tuck front
bottom lip in rail channel and tilt back toward unit past
blender cap until fully resting on rail.
4. Move shuttle all the way to the right in the dispense area.
5. Slide clear blender chamber splash guard back into top
door opening on the right.
Important
Make sure the clear splash guard is properly snapped in
to place or the blender will not work!
6. Close top door, lock the door using key, then press
CONFIRM button.
Shuttle Calibration
1. Did the shuttle move from left to right and then return
to the dispense area?
2. Press YES or NO to continue.
NOTE: If NO, the screen will prompt you to make sure the
shuttle is in place to continue.
Blender Cleaning Cup
1. Place one 20oz cup filled with cleaner/sanitizer
solution, that was set aside earlier, into the shuttle.
2. Press the Confirm button to start the cleaning process.
Blender Sanitizing Cup
1. Once the shuttle has returned to the dispense area,
remove cup from the shuttle and pour down the drain
in the dispense area.
2. Place the second 20oz cup filled with solution, that was
set aside earlier, into the shuttle.
3. Press the Confirm button to start sanitizing process.
Clean Drain
1. Once the shuttle has returned to the dispense area,
remove cup from the shuttle and dump down the drain.
2. Use key to unlock and open the top door.
3. Pour 1 Gal / 4L of hot water (113 F / 45 C) down the drain.
4. Pour any remaining cleaner/sanitizer solution from
shaker jug down drain.
