Creating project 2 Setting PLC_2 access
1 | Start another instance of the TIA portal.
2 | Set up a new project with the name of “PLC_2“.
3 | Add a controller.
4 | Assign the name “PLC_2“ to the controller.
5 | Copy the MVK-MPNIO module from the first “PLC_1“ project and insert it
in the network view of the “PLC_2“ project.
6 | Assign the MVK-MPNIO module to controller “PLC_2“.
7 | Select the MVK-MPNIO module to navigate to the Shared Device menu
item
and
8 | set access to the “PLC_2“ controller.
9 | Then download the configurations to the corresponding controllers.
NOTE
The procedure described is needed to configure shared devices.
If necessary, as described in the manual:
Set parameters for the real-time settings to achieve error-free operation.
