What does this warranty cover?
This warranty covers all device faults or defects in workmanship under normal use du-
ring the warranty period.
What does this warranty not cover?
This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by foreign interference or
improper use of the device.
What will we do to correct problems?
During the warranty period, the nal von minden GmbH will repair or replace, at no char-
ge, a device that proves defec ve because of improper material or workmanship, under
normal use and maintenance.
How long does the coverage last?
The warranty period for the Reac f Touch plus purchased from nal von minden GmbH is
2 years from the date of purchase.
A replacement device assumes the remaining warranty of the original device.
Which service applies also a er the warranty period?
The nal von minden GmbH guarantees complete customer service and device support
also a er the warranty period.

To obtain warranty service, you must fi rst contact us to determine the problem and the
most appropriate solu on for you.
Please note the take-back of a defec ve device is just possible in the original packaging.
