QC Lockout
When QC Lockout is OFF, a er rese ng the control numbers and QC values (refer to
Sec on 7 Analyzer Setup: Lockout: QC Lockout), press
on the ini al screen to
enter into the QC Test screen.
When the QC lockout is ON, the user will be no fi ed when a QC Test is required.
Strip Prepara on
Allow the strip and urine control solu ons to reach room temperature of 15-30ºC (59-
86ºF) prior to tes ng.
Cau on: Use only Reac f Urinalysis Reagent Strips for proper func oning and
accurate results.
Note: Ensure that the QC Test mode is used only for tes ng control solu ons. Use of
any other mode will report the tes ng results as a regular specimen and will not
display proper Pass/Fail QC test results.
Remove strips from the closed canister and use them as soon as possible. Close the
canister ghtly immediately a er removing the strips.
QC Test Procedures
The results obtained during QC Tes ng will be referenced by the set QC values (refer
to Sec on 7 Analyzer Setup: Lockout: QC Lockout) and a report will be generated. If
Auto-print is set to ON, the results will be printed.
If the QC Test „Fails“, please contact Customer Support.
To perform a QC Test before the next scheduled test me, press on the
ini al screen.
