PSTN Control
This function is to replace the prefix number before diverting the number to PSTN dial out. It
also restricts the number by checking the prefix number.

For example: If you transit out with 01907123456, VoiceCom90 will transfer to 190601
907123456. If you transit out with 008621123456 the system will replace it with 190200
