Recording an Instruction Menu for a Call Routing Mailbox
[Super Display Soft Key] - [Keyset Soft Key]
Log onto System Administrator’s mailbox.
SA (72) Access System Administrator options.
[SYS ADMIN] - [N/A]
I (4) Select Instruction Menus.
[INSTRUCTION] - [INST]
Enter the Call Routing Mailbox number.
L (5) Listen to the current Instruction Menu (if any).
[LISTEN] - [LSTN]
# Exit listen mode.
R (7) Record a new Instruction Menu.
[RECORD] - [REC]
Record message.
* Pause or restart recording.
[RESUME] - [RESUME]
[PAUSE] - [PAUSE]
E (3) Erase recording.
[CANCEL] - [CNCL]
# Exit recording mode.
[DONE] - [DONE]
E (3) Erase the Instruction Menu.
[ERASE] - [ERASE]
# Go back to the System Administrator options.
[EXIT] - [EXIT]
