2.3 0403 - Call Forward Ring No Answer
- Set how long a transferred trunk call or UTRF from the Automated Attendant waits at a
busy or DND extension before routing to the extension’s mailbox.
- Refer to System Timers, Station in the DS1000/2000 Software Manual for more.
✔By default, this timer is 10 seconds.

- Set how long a TRF from the Automated Attendant rings an idle extension before prompt-
ing the caller to leave a message.
✔By default, the timer is 15 seconds.
Ring No Answer / Busy Trunk (Type 2) Hunting to Voice Mail
Step 1 Set up the hunt type and destination for Type 2 hunting.
1.1 1807 - Hunt Type
- Enter 2 for Ring No Answer / Busy Trunk (Type 2).
- Refer to the Extension Hunting in the DS1000/2000 Software Manual for more.
✔By default, the entry is 0 (no hunting).
1.2 1807 - Hunt Destination
- Enter 700 (the IntraMail master extension number).
- Refer to the Extension Hunting in the DS1000/2000 Software Manual for more.
✔By default, this entry is undefined (entered by pressing CLEAR).
Step 2 Set the system timers used for Type 2 hunting.

- This timer sets how long a transferred trunk call or a UTRF from the Automated Attendant
rings an idle extension before routing to the extension’s mailbox.
