Either light vertical or horizontal stripes may appear, depending on the specic image pattern. This is not a product fault or degradation.

The USB hub does not operate
• Refer to your USB device’s user manual to verify its
compatibility with the specications of this product’s USB
hub.
• If you are using an HDMI with USB connection setup
with the monitor, make sure the USB cable is properly
connected to both the monitor and the computer.
• Check if the USB upstream port on the monitor is
connected to the USB downstream port on the computer.
Please make sure the computer is on.
• When connecting with a USB Type-C cable, do not
connect the USB-B terminal to a computer.
The Remote Control is not functioning
• Check the batteries status of the Remote Control.
• Check if the batteries are inserted correctly.
• Check if the Remote Control is pointing at the remote
control sensor of the monitor.
• The remote control system may not function when direct
sunlight or strong illumination strikes the remote control
sensor of the monitor, or when there is an object in the
path.
Interference in TV
• Check components for shielding, move away from the
monitor if necessary.
USB or RS-232C or LAN control is not available
• Check RS-232C (reverse type) or the LAN cable. A
category 5 or higher LAN cable is required for connection.
The monitor goes into standby / Screen off automatically
• Please check “OFF TIME” setting.*

• If there is no signal and the presence sensor does not
detect a person, the mode shifts to Screen off.*

• In Standard mode, the Auto standby setting cannot be
turned off.
Presence sensor does not respond
• There is an undetectable area near the monitor.
• The Presence sensor becomes less sensitive at room
temperature above 30 ° C / 86 ° F. Please check the room
temperature.
Wrong temperature sensor value
• The temperature displayed on this unit is the temperature
near the temperature sensor. It does not always match
room temperature.
Air quality sensor value is not displayed
• The air quality sensor preheats for about 2 minutes after
starting, so the measured value is not displayed. Please
check again after preheating.
