3. Dial 0 (Cancel).
4. Dial the station number which is forwarded.
5. Press Speaker or hang up.
To set Call Forward Busy/No Answer for any Extension to Destination:
1. Pick up the handset or press Speaker.
2. Dial the Call Forward Busy/No Answer for any Extension to Destination Service Code (default:
794).
3. Dial 1 (Set).
4. Dial the extension number to be forwarded and then the destination number.
5. Press Speaker or hang up.
To cancel Call Forward Busy/No Answer for any Extension to Destination:
1. Pick up the handset or press Speaker.
2. Dial the Call Forward Busy/No Answer for any Extension to Destination Service Code (default:
794).
3. Dial 0 (Cancel).
4. Dial the station number, which is forwarded.
5. Press Speaker or hang up.
To set Call Forward – Immediate using a Virtual Extension:
1. Press the idle Virtual Extension key.
2. Dial the Call Forward – Immediate Service Code (default: 848).
3. Dial 1 (Set).
4. Dial the destination extension or off-premise number.
5. Press Speaker or hang up.

To cancel Call Forward – Immediate at a forwarding station:
1. Press the idle Virtual Extension key.
2. Dial the Call Forward – Immediate Service Code (default: 848).
3. Dial 0 (Cancel).
