Guide to Feature Programming
Operation
To initiate Group Listen:
1. Place or answer call using the handset.
2. Press Speaker twice (but do not hang up).
. Speaker flashes slowly.
. You can talk to the caller through your handset. Your co-workers hear your caller’s voice over your telephone
speaker after pressing Speaker twice. Pressing Speaker a third time turns off Group Listening.
To talk Handsfree after initiating Group Listen:
1. Hang up the handset.
To cancel Group Listen (without hanging up your call):
1. Do not hang up.
2. Press the flashing Speaker.
. You can talk to the caller over the handset. Your co-workers can no longer hear the caller’s voice.
