4.2.42 Clean cycle
The me duraon for a cleaning cycle.

Tch = 03:00s
Tpu = 02:00s
On = 1
Cnt = 0
Tch: Vacuum building me (Charge me). Default is 3 seconds.
Tpu: Clean pulse me. Default is 2 seconds.
On: Number of cleaning pulses. Default is 1 pulse. Note! Minimum
value = 1.
Cnt = 0. Elapsed cleaning cycles.
Note! If On is set to 0, no lter cleaning is performed.
5 Automac bin emptying funcon
5.1 AEB-Flap Valve sengs
5.1.1 Hardware
• The AEB-Flap Valve controlled by the V11 TVFD (SLV) Solenoid Lower Valve.
• The duct isolaon valve controlled by the V12 TVFD (SUV) Solenoid Upper Valve.
5.1.2 PLC Sengs
1. Presep Switch = O (standard seng).
2. AEB-TVFD Switch = On (standard seng).
3. TVFDAdv Switch = O (standard seng).
NOTE! Presep overrides 2 above.
NOTE! If TVFDAdv is acvated (Switch = On), TVFDAdv overrides 1 and 2 above.
5.1.3 Timer Sengs

TL = Delay me to let the motor decrease speed and the TVFD Solenoid Upper Valve to
close a duct isolaon valve before bin emptying starts. The default is 5 seconds.
TH = Emptying Time. The default is 5 seconds.
PresepTm
TL = Delay to let the bin lid to close before the motor increases speed and the TVFD
Solenoid Upper Valve to open a duct isolaon valve. The default is 5 seconds.
TH = Time delay to the next possible emptying sequence. The default is 5 seconds.
5.2 Simple TVFD Valve Sengs
5.2.1 Hardware
Simple TVFD Valve controlled by the V11 TVFD (SLV) Solenoid Lower Valve and the V12
TVFD (SUV) Solenoid Upper Valve.
5.2.2 PLC Sengs
1. Presep (Sokey) = O (standard seng).
2. AEB-TVFD (Sokey) =O (standard seng=On).
3. TVFDAdv (Sokey) = O (standard seng).
