8.5 Total Filter Cleaning sequence me
Total Filter Cleaning sequence me(s) =
FCDely(TL = 2s) + (ClenCyl((TL = 3s)*3) + (ClenCyl(TH = 2s)*2) +IsoVDly (4s) =
2 + (3*3) + (2*2) + 4 = 19 seconds
8.5.1 Sengs TL = Vacuum Load Time
Vacuum set points FlexPak 1000 = 20kPa, FlexPak 800 = 35kPa
Examples of adjustment
1. Start the unit and acvate the pilot signal (PS). Wait 6 seconds before pushing the
Filter cleaning buon. Aer a while the lter cleaning (FC) sequence starts.
2. Opmized (TL me) FlexPak 800 = -35kPa
Aer the rst FC pulse and the FC valve has opened and closed again, the motor runs
on high speed unl the vacuum reading has passed the set point (-35Pa). Aer a
while, the motor speed is slows down and the vacuum reading returns to the set point
value.
The second and third FC pulses should be executed when the vacuum reading is
approximately 5kPa higher than the set point, in this case when vacuum reading is
approximately -39kPa.
3. To short (TL me) FlexPak 800 = -35kPa
If the vacuum not reached (-35kPa) and the motor speed is at maximum rpm.
Soluon: Increase Parameter TL.
4. To short (TL me) FlexPak 800 = -35kPa
Aer the rst FC pulse and the FC valve has opened and closed again, the motor runs
on high speed unl the vacuum reading has passed the set point (-35Pa). Aer a
while, the motor speed slows down and the vacuum reading returns to the set point
value. The second and third FC pulse is executed when vacuum reading is more than
5kPa higher than the set point, in this case when vacuum reading is above -40kPa.
Soluon: Increase Parameter TL.
5. To long (TL me) FlexPak 800 = -35kPa
Aer the rst FC pulse and the FC valve has opened and closed again, the motor runs
on high speed unl the vacuum reading has passed the set point (-35Pa). Aer a
while, the motor speed slows down and the vacuum reading returns to the set point
value and the vacuum reading is steady before next FC pulse is executed. For example
in this case, the vacuum reading is -35kPa for a while before the FC pulse is executed.
Soluon: Decrease Parameter TL.
8.6 FC Start Impulse
This is the start impulse that comes from or Manual Filter Cleaning (MFC)=SB2 Buon or
funcons in the soware as Filter Cleaning (FltClean), Delta pressure main lter (DPFClean),
or Manual Filter Cleaning (MFC)=SB2 Buon. See gure 3.
