FlexPAK 800/1000

EN
Vacuum set points:
FlexPak 1000 = 20kPa
FlexPak 800 = 35kPa
Closing me is Approximately 5 seconds in a 35kPa vacuum.
8.2.2 FCDely(T) Parameter Calculaon See, Timing diagram
35kPa vacuum → Closing me = 5 seconds.
ClenCyl(TL) → TL = 3 seconds ( Load me is 3 seconds to rst FC pulse).
FCDely(T) = (Closing me) - (ClenCyl(TL)) = 5 - 3 = 2 seconds.
FCDely(T)T = 2 seconds.
T = 2s → 2 second delay before ClenCyl(TL) funcon acvates and 3 second load me
before the rst FC pulse is acvated.
8.2.3 Default FCDely(T) Parameter Sengs
TH = 1s Default seng (Don’t change this parameter value!).
TL = 2s Default seng.
Ta = Elapsed me since FC Start Impulse was acvated.
8.3 IsoVDly(T) Parameter Sengs
Vacum Equalizaon Time
IsoVDly (T) is a delay mer to ensure a closed Duct Isolaon Damper unl vacuum in the
lter housing is higher than the duct system. Creang a high vacuum in the lter housing
prevents a possible vacuum in the duct system that could create a reverse ow of air that
triggers the Duct Isolaon safety valve.
Aenon
Always set IsoVDly(T) mer to a me longer than ClenCyl(TH) parameter:
IsoVDly (T) = ClenCyl(TH) + X seconds.
X depends on size of the pipe system between the Duct Isolaon
Damper and lter. Default is 4 seconds. Increase IsoVDly (T) parameter if a problem occurs
such as the unintended acvaon of the Duct Isolaon safety valve.
8.3.1 Default IsoVDly(T) Parameter Sengs
TL= 4s delay aer the third FC pulse occurs and before Duct Isolaon Damper opens.
8.4 Default ClenCyl(T) Parameter Sengs
Do not change these parameters if lter cleaning is sucient.
• TH=2s: Default FC pulse me.
• TL= 3s: Default Vacuum Load me.
8.4.1 Procedure to set ClenCyl(T) Parameter
In the funcon ClenCyl(T), the cleaning pulse me and vacuum load me can be set.
8.4.2 Sengs TH = Cleaning Pulse Time (FC Valve opening Time)
The length of the pulse me is dicult to predetermine. From experience, 1-3 seconds
works in most applicaons. It is possible to use other mings, but it has to be tested at the
site. It is appropriate to start with the default me.
