5.1.4 Cancellation (Reversal) of Last Transaction
Cancellation can only be carried out for the most recently authorised purchase transaction.
Press MENU.

Press OK to confirm cancellation, or press STOP to abort.
REVERSED Wait for receipt.
5.1.5 Return of Goods
Used when goods that have been paid for with a card are returned. Make sure you have an agreement with your
acquirer to process refunds.

Merchant card
Swipe the Merchant Card, with the magnetic strip facing left.
Return amount:

Enter the amount on the customer’s receipt and press OK.
NOK = 100.00
Awaiting card
Ask the customer to insert/swipe the card or press the F4 key to enter
the card number manually.
APPROVED
If the product refund is authorised, the terminal display will show
APPROVED and print a receipt. Approved receipt corresponds to
purchase receipt.
