6.8 iPP350
iPP350 is integrated with an ECR. Integration is either via a USB or RS232 cable.
NB: For RS232 integration, a minimum baud rate of 57600 is required.
The USB cable must be connected to the USB port on the ECR whilst
the RS232 cable must be connected to the COM port. The integration
cable must be connected as follows:
6.8.1 Security
To prevent theft, it is important to fix the integration cable to the back of the terminal using the accompanying
M2.5x8 screws (2 of).
6.8.2 Download USB Drivers
USB drivers for integration with an ECR system can be downloaded from:
https://developer.ingenico.us/software-list/
6.8.3 MagicBox
MagicBox is used when iPP350/Lane3000 must be connected directly to the Ethernet (broadband).
The MagicBox cable must be connected to the payment terminal as follows:
Location of the two M2.5x8 screws.
