  If your Nidec Industrial Equipment kiln isn't heating up, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the thermocouples are correctly installed in the kiln. Next, verify that the set temperature is within the kiln's heating capabilities. A disconnected hot wire could also be the culprit; if so, halt firing and replace the hot wires after the kiln has cooled down sufficiently. Lastly, make sure the door remains closed during firing to maintain heat.

  If your Nidec Industrial Equipment displays a disconnection of thermocouples or detects abnormally high temperatures, check the thermocouples and electrical conductors for disconnections or loose connections. Repair or replace the thermocouples or conductors as needed, based on their heat insulation condition. If connections are loose, tighten them.

  A reverse connection of thermocouples in Nidec Industrial Equipment usually happens because the polarity is incorrectly connected. To fix it, simply shift the polarity of the wire connection.
