REPAIR ANO· ADJUSTMENT
5. Wobbling in Y (to and fro) Movement
(1 )-b) If any dent is found on the guide rail @ , the roUers@ or if the retainer(2) is
deformed replace them wi th spares.
Procadure
i) Detach the slide holder assembly from the stage releasing the screws @ x 2.
ii) Remove the rack@ releasing the screws @x2.
iü) Remove the handle assembly releasing the screws @ x 2 of the pinion cover(V.
iv) Releasing the screws @) x 4 separa te the X guide block (D from the Y guide
blocks
@ , @ . Then, the X movement block (D, the roUers{0 and the
retainers
@ , @ will be made free.
v) Releasing the screws@xJ, remove either @ or 3B from(i) leaving
another one fixed on G) to make the basis for the reassembling. Then, the base
plate
(D, the rollers@ and the retainers(Z) become free.
vi)
If any dent is found on the Y guide rails @ , the rollers@ or if the retainer
(2) is found defonned replace them with spares.
vii) Follow the reassembling procedure.
viii) Check wobbling in the Y movement.
