Removal and Installation
Solution System Solenoid Valve/Filter Disassembly/Assembly
Disassembly
1. Place the machine on a hoisting system (if
available), then lift it. Otherwise, drive the
machine on a level oor.
2. Lower the brush deck.
3. Lower and remove the squeegee from the holder.
4. Turn the ignition key to “0” and disconnect the
batteries.
5. On the right side of the machine, remove the
screws and nuts (A).
6. Disconnect the connector (B).
7. Disconnect the hose (C) and (D).
8. Recover the whole assembly and, at the
workbench, remove the solenoid valve (E), or the
lter assembly (F) by disconnecting/unscrewing
the connecting/fastening components.
Assembly
9. Assemble the components in the reverse order of
disassembly, and note the following:
◦ Before screwing the threaded ttings (G)
clean them, then apply Teon tape, according
to the screwing direction.
◦ When assembling the lter (F) the stamped
arrow (H) must be tuned in the direction of
the solution ow.
