Description
Line concentrating module errors
Definition
The per-call occurrence of hardware and software errors, transient or
persistent, reported from PM types covered by the LCMPERF indices.
DMS-100G Switch does not contribute to or provide an equivalent of OM
group LMD, measurements NORIGATT and NTRMATT
Measurement list
LCMERR is the sum of PMTYP PMTRGERR and PMTYP PMTERR over
the appropriate PM types.
Normalizer
LCMERR is normalized by the sum of originating and terminating attempts
(LMD NORIGATT and NTERMATT) on the peripherals of LCMPERF.
Diagnostics
In OM group PM, locate those LCMs with high error measurements. For
further information refer to PM subsystem log PM160. Diagnose error
conditions at the PM level of the MAP.
