group SYSPERF
Measurement list
LINEOUT uses measurement SYSPERF LINCCTBU. This excludes outage
in the LM-busy state; for example, because of PM or drawer outage.
Normalizer
LINEOUT is normalized per working line per unit time.
Diagnostics
Verify OM group SYSPERF (LINCCTBU). Review line maintenance
procedures to ensure early recognition of faults and minimal line outage.
Reference focused maintenance if available.
