The summary of the traffic status of speech links within the switch.
Diagnostics
Examine the basic indices to locate the source of unfavorable results.
Review the MTCEPERF indices under NMLNKPF and PMLNKPF to
determine if blocking was associated with maintenance problems. If not,
review traffic loading of the network or of the links from PMs serving lines.
