12 TouchPoint Console Installation and Setup Guide
Software Requirements
TouchPoint Consoles work with Equitrac Professional version 5.7 or later.
When you install and license the software appropriately, you can add and configure TouchPoint Consoles to release
print jobs and to track photocopies, scans, disbursements, and faxes.
Windows services and applications that control TouchPoint Consoles devices are included with the software.
NOTE: Equitrac Professional may require an upgrade or downgrade of the TPC firmware and/or application in order
to work correctly. For detailed information, see Firmware considerations on page 26.
