If you need to locate the IP Address or MAC Address (for example, if working with Technical Support to resolve
communication issues), you can find this information in the About screen. You do not need to login to the
Administrative Options to view this information, but if you are already working in Administrative Options, press
About to view the same screen.
On the TPC Login screen, press Help, then press About.
