About TouchPoint Console
TouchPoint Console (TPC) devices are an integral part of the Equitrac Professional cost recovery solution. When
integrated with Equitrac Professional version 5.2 or later, TPC controls user access to office machines, and gathers
transaction data that is used to recover all client billable expenses: copies, prints, scans, faxes, and disbursements such
as couriers and catering.
TouchPoint Console places client/matter allocation directly at the user’s fingertips. The compact LCD touch screen
design enables fast and accurate allocation of document costs to the correct client matter or project.
Each TouchPoint Console is connected to an output device via a manufacturer-specific foreign interface cable. Users
must login to TPC and select verified client/matter codes before the output device is unlocked and ready for use.
