From the Datatype drop-down list, select String.

In the Code field, type 230.

In the Description field, type: Equitrac Professional

In the String Value section, enter EQ;B;<DCE Server IP address>; in the String field, where <DCE Server
IP address> is the IP address of your DCE server. You also use the hostname instead of the IP address.
NOTE: Make sure that you include the final semi-colon after the DCE IP address or hostname. The command will fail
if it cannot find the final semi-colon.

Expand the Scope node and select Scope Options.

From the Action menu, select Configure Options.

Select 230.

Click OK to save the changes.
To identify the DCE Server with DHCP:

On TPC, in the Server IP Setting screen, press DHCP - Option 230, then press OK.

Press the Test button. TCP creates a DHCP request to retrieve the server IP Address from option 230. The data
retrieved is displayed under the Current Setting field.
If successful, you should see the following under Current Settings:
Method - DHCP (230)
Primary Server - x.x.x.x
Where ‘x.x.x.x’ is replaced with the retrieved IP Addresses.

Press OK to continue to the Date, Time, and Locale screen.
