Before powering up the T2080RDB card, configure the serial port of the attached computer with the following values:
• Data rate: 115200 bit/s
• Number of data bits: 8
• Parity: None
• Number of stop bits: 1
• Flow control: Hardware/None
2.15 JTAG/COP port
The common on-chip processor (COP) is a part of the JTAG module of T2080 and is implemented as a set of additional instructions
and logic. This port can connect to a dedicated emulator for extensive system debugging. Several third-party emulators in the
market can connect to the host computer through the Ethernet port, USB port, parallel port, or RS-232. A typical setup using a
USB port emulator is shown in the image below.
