2.14 RS-232
The T2080 processor has two UART controllers, which provide an RS-232 standard interconnection between the board and an
external host. The serial connection is typically configured to run at 11.5 Kbit/s.
Each UART supports:
• Full-duplex operation
• Software-programmable baud generators
• Software-selectable serial interface data format, that includes:
— Data length
