Check Pan for water/ice/debris.
If no water, check pan sensors and wiring are good.
If water is present in drain pan:
Condensate piping is clear and pitched.
Condensate pumps, if used, are functional.
Condensate piping is trapped and vented after trap.
Freeze Protect 1+2 Internal Water temp near freezing
Heat trace is active.
Pipe insulation is in good shape.
Ambient conditions are sufcient to freeze.
Entering water temperature sensor and wiring are good.
High Outlet Water Leaving water temp is too high
Inlet water is in typical range.
All “outlet ow“ checks are good.
Outlet water sensor and wiring are good.
High Inlet Water Incoming water temp is too high
Inlet water is in typical range.
Entering water temperature sensor and wiring are good.
Quiet Mode Quiet Mode is active
It is the correct time for Quiet Mode.
Programmed schedule is correct.
