• Language:
The language which the program uses for output
can be selected from among German, English,
French and Italian.
• 3D-Image
This screen button is used to adapt the red-green
3D image to the viewing spectacles which are
used.
Red-Green: Red glass left, green glass right.
Green-Red: Green glass left, red glass right.
• Release (default)
This field determines whether the automatic
release of the function
"Start New Examination"
first is locked or released.
• Print
Printout can take place in black-and-white or in
color. Printout corresponds to the contents of the
screen if "Color" is selected; on the other hand,
the background remains white in a black-and-
white printout (this saves ink and speeds the
printout).
• Fourier maps
Allows to add the spherical equivalent to the
decentration map or to the irregularities map that
are shown in the Fourier analysis (see 7.5.2.4
page 27).
• Communication
The type of interface can be chosen between
serial and USB. Presently the Easygraph
supports the USB interface only. With the switch
[System->] the details of the chosen type of
interface can be selected (see 7.5.4.1 page 63).
If a setting is changed, any related values in the
examination displayed at the moment automatically
change to match.
The [System ->] button permits you define the
interface for communicating with the Easygraph (cf.
7.5.4.1 page 63).
The [Contact lens ->] button leads to the
configuration menu of the contact lens database (cf.
7.5.4.2 page 64).
The [Use] button causes the setting which has been
made to be used for the rest of the present program
session; however, the setting previously stored in the
computer's memory is again activated the next time
the program is started.
Pressing the [Save] button stores the new setting in
the computer’s memory, so that this setting will be
activated in future every time the program is started.
The [Cancel] screen button rejects any changes just
made and exits from this function.
The version number of the examination software is
shown at the bottom right.
