4.1 - TYPE OF USE AND CONTRAINDICATIONS
IMPORTANT
The BM/2/AS model machine allows mixing, portion-
ing and rounding loaves of unrisen pizza dough of
various weights.
The machine should be used for this purpose only;
any other use will release the manufacturer from all
responsibilities for accidents to persons or proper-
ties and will cancel all guarantee rights.
4.2 - SAFETY PLATES (Fig. 1)
The warning plates with explanatory symbols are to
be found in all those areas that may be dangerous for
operators or engineers.
DANGER
Anyone preparing to work on the machine should
protect the warning plates with the safety in-
structions. The non compliance with the instructions
mentioned on the safety plates will release the
manufacturer from all responsibilities for damages
or injuries to persons or properties that may arise.
Danger: machine under voltage (ISO 7010 W012)
• Do not work with the machine under voltage.
The symbol is located on the upper right-hand panel
in proximity of the machine power cable and on the
lower right-hand panel.

electric connection.
