IONIZERS CONNECTION
Meaning
Connectors of both extra ionizers are not connected properly.
Action
Press any key to clear the error.
If this error occurs, check the extra ionizer’s connector (circled in the
picture below). If the connector is not connected, connect it while
referring to Extra ionizers maintenance in this guide.

If this error occurs regardless of the connector being connected
properly, contact your service representative.
However, if you want to continue printing without using the extra
ionizers, change the ionizer setting of the media preset for the currently
used media to OFF or ON.
CHECK RIGHT EXTRA
IONIZER
Meaning
A problem has been detected with the extra ionizer at the right side of
the carriage.
CHECK LEFT EXTRA
IONIZER
Meaning
A problem has been detected with the extra ionizer at the left side of
the carriage.
