Press OK after entering each fax number.
4. Press Return to exit the menu and return to the fax
screen.
5. Press Mono to start sending the document(s).

JOBS
If you no longer require a stored fax job, you can cancel and
remove it from your MFP’s memory.
1. Press the Menu button on the control panel to prompt the
menu settings screen.
2. Using the UP arrow key, navigate to Fax Settings and
press OK.
3. Using the UP arrow key, navigate to the Cancel Fax Jobs
and press OK.
4. At the prompt, enter the admin password and press OK.
5. Using the UP/DOWN arrow keys, navigate through the
list of fax jobs.
6. Press OK to select the required job(s) for deletion.
The selected row(s) will be marked with an “*”.
7. Press Return to finish selection and return to the upper
screen.
NOTE
You can send to a maximum 100 different locations.
If a destination fax number has an “extension number”, press
the Pause button to input a “-” between numbers. The
machine will insert a 1 second pause when dialling.
NOTE
If you make a mistake during the transmission process, press
the STOP button to cancel the operation.
NOTE
Requires an Administrator password to perform this function.
