If the edge of document
jammed under the document tray (c) can be seen
, lift
up the document tray and gently pull out the document to remove.

If you were able to remove the do
cument, close the inner cover
.

Close the ADF cover slowly
.
Remove the document on the document tray
, and then close the ADF cover
.
Otherwise, documents may be torn or folded.
If an error occurs while copying, the copying gets canceled.
