If the edge of document jammed under the document tray (c) can be seen, lift
up the document tray and gently pull out the document to remove.

If you were able to remove the document, close the inner cover.

Close the ADF cover slowly.
Remove the document on the document tray, and then close the ADF cover.
Otherwise, documents may be torn or folded.
If an error occurs while copying, the copying gets canceled.
